SHIPPING POLICY
We understand the importance of fast, efficient service and hence strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner. Moreover, we also believe in giving the perfect fit and pieces to our customers hence we would require a minimum of 5-15 Business days for delivery. All shipping will be carried out by our Courier Partner: Shiprocket.
The payment for your order is accepted through online transactions, pay later as well as cash on delivery.
The price of all the products are inclusive of all the taxes. The taxes are levied as per the government laws (bound to change as per the change in government tax laws).
Customers can modify the shipping address before the product has been packed. After the packing of the product is completed, no modification in the shipping address will be accepted.
Shipping is free on all orders above INR 7000 in India. Returns are accepted only for defective/damaged or wrong product that also customer has to provide package opening video as proof.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Yes, we accept international orders across all countries.
For international orders (outside India), standard shipping charges of INR 3000 will be levied.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted on international orders.
The duties and taxes applicable as per one's individual country have to be paid by the customer. Under no circumstance can the order be exchanged or returned.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation is possible only until the order has not been packed. Once the order has been packed and dispatched no cancellations will be accepted. Packing and dispatch takes around 24 to 48 hours after receiving order.
Multiple order cancellations by one customer will lead to their account being added to our blacklist.
EXCHANGE POLICY
All products on the website are non-refundable. Only exchange is possible in case of damage/defective or wrong product delivery that has to be verified by delivery open video as a proof.
If an exchange needs to be made, you can contact on the contact us page. The order then needs to be sent to the drop-off as mentioned. The charges for the return will be borne by the customer if received product is non-damage and wrong product.

To exchange a product, you need to make an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product.

DAMAGED GOODS RETURN POLICY
We closely inspect each product that goes out of our office. Nonetheless in case you receive a defective or damaged product, you must let us know within 7 days.
Items cannot be returned on grounds of colour
All items that are being returned by you should be unwashed, unworn and undamaged
The returned item should have the label intact and the receipt, just like it was sent to you
Once we’ve received the package the order will stay in our inventory for one day for safety concerns. The order will be checked for damage and once approved, the exchange process will be initiated within next 3 working days after checking and in case of approval for exchange new product will be dispatch within next 2 working day and delivered to your address within 15 days of dispatch.
No shipping charges will be levied on the exchanged product. IF the product received is damaged or wrong product.
The customer will only be allowed to exchange the product once.
In a highly rare scenario, if you receive a damaged/defective product, contact us within 2 days of receiving the product on (email/number). Once the complaint is raised, please send us a picture and product opening video of your damaged/defective product, picture of the label along with the description of the damage on info@ccpl.com
