Warranty Policy
Warranty Policy

This Unconditional Warranty Policy ("Policy") is provided by CCPL (Chetan Cars Pvt Ltd) for Alloy Wheels purchased exclusively from Chetan Cars Pvt Ltd and its  uthorized dealers. The warranty applies specifically to alloy wheels manufactured by Neo Wheels Ltd. By purchasing an Alloy Wheel from Chetan Cars Pvt Ltd, you ("Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions:

Warranty Eligibility:

a. This unconditional warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the Alloy Wheel and cannot be transferred to any other party.

b. The warranty is valid for a period of 1 year starting from the date of purchase from authorized dealers of Chetan Cars Pvt Ltd. The warranty period begins from the invoice date of 01/07/2023.

Repairs Covered:

a. This unconditional warranty covers the repair of broken, damaged, or bent Alloy Wheels. However, please note that any paint and finishing work required will be charged separately.

Warranty Registration:

a. To avail this unconditional warranty, the Customer must complete the online warranty registration at "www.ccplsurat.com" within 7 days of the purchase. Failure to register within this timeframe will render the warranty claims inapplicable.

Warranty Claims:

a. All warranty claims must be submitted through the online warranty claim system at "www.ccplsurat.com" and should include photographs as well as scanned copies of the invoice and warranty card.

Assessment of Damages:

a. The final decision regarding the assessment of damages will be made by an authorized representative of Chetan Cars Pvt Ltd following a thorough investigation.

b. The authorized representative of Chetan Cars Pvt Ltd will determine whether the Alloy Wheel is repairable or non-repairable. c. In the event that the Alloy Wheel is deemed non-repairable, the Customer will have the option to purchase a new set of alloy wheels at a discounted price offered by Chetan Cars Pvt Ltd. d. The discounted price for the new set of alloys will be determined by Chetan Cars Pvt Ltd and communicated to the Customer. e. The decision regarding repairability and the availability of the discounted price option will be made at the sole discretion of Chetan Cars Pvt Ltd.

Manufacturer's Warranty:

a. The standard warranty provided by Neo Wheels for manufacturing defects will continue to be applicable from the date of purchase. b. It is important to note that Neo Wheels Ltd. is in no way associated with or responsible for this unconditional warranty offered by Chetan Cars Pvt Ltd. The warranty is solely provided by Chetan Cars Pvt Ltd, and any claims or issues related to this warranty should be directed to Chetan Cars Pvt Ltd. Neo Wheels Ltd. shall not be liable for any obligations, liabilities, or responsibilities arising from this warranty.

Liability and Compensation:

a. Chetan Cars Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based upon warranty, contract, or negligence, arising in connection with the sale or use of the repaired product.

By accepting this Unconditional Warranty Policy, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions stated herein. This Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
